To deliver world-service, we need our team to have a world-class environment. We know that culture is more than a casual dress code and the occasional after work event. That’s why we have our talented business operations team who ignites our team's culture through company wide events, sports and learning and development.
One of our key initiatives was the establishment of panels to champion sustainability and charity projects in the business. This panel comprises of passionate individuals who consistently generate innovative ideas, driving our initiatives forward with proactive and impactful strategies.

Although we connect daily on Slack and in Google Meets, there's nothing quite like coming together in person to reflect on how far we've come. And, to make the celebrations even more memorable, we upped the ante with a killer YOT Club cruise down the Brisbane River.
We also continued our Fifth Friday Fun Day Explorate tradition, where we use the last Friday of a 5 week month to foster camaraderie and have some much-needed fun. Our crew celebrated with bonding activities like escape rooms and team lunches.
It's been a big year in every sense of the word, and we feel privileged to have been able to stand alongside your business as we say goodbye to 2023 and welcome the new year. Your support has played a vital role in our growth and success as a company, and we can't wait to tackle the challenges and opportunities of 2024 together.
We can't say too much about the projects in the works, but take our word for it - next year is going to be another pivotal one.
