What it’s going to take to wow us:
- Oversight and leadership of all human resources operations day to day
- Maintaining and upholding our culture
- Understanding and supporting our business goals and recommending new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of human resources within Explorate, in particular assisting with a global expansion strategy
- Ownership of all internal and external facing human resources systems, implementation and training
- Delivery of talent mapping and recruitment strategy for future growth
- Reviewing and maintaining human resources documentation with a focus on risk and compliance alignment
- Manage employee relations coordinating feedback and coaching as needed
- Management of off-boarding process, both voluntary and involuntary
What it’s going to take to wow us and be a success at Explorate:
- 5+ years experience in a Human Resources/People Operations function, preferably within a mix of tech start-up and large company environments
- A successful track record of supporting high volume HR processes, employee resourcing, personnel management and change management
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong judgement ability to read and assess both skills-based and cultural alignment of new staff to the business
- Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic regarding the challenges of a dynamic environment
